Melanie joined M/E in 2011 as a Senior Energy Engineer. She has worked on countless innovative sustainability projects throughout the Northeast and took the lead of M/E Engineering’s Sustainability/Commissioning and Energy Services Group. She now manages energy conservation related design projects primarily within higher education, K-12, and commercial markets.
Melanie has worked on numerous innovative sustainability projects throughout the Northeast and leads our sustainability/commissioning and energy services group. Her experience includes energy audits, energy modeling, LEED administration services, energy conservation assessments, Net Zero or Net Zero ready confirmation, incentive program assistance, and energy and carbon neutrality master planning.
She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional. Her impressive portfolio includes clients such as Cornell University, SUCF, NYSERDA, and SUNY Alfred.
