Union accuses Hickey Freeman of ‘stealing worker wages,’ company denies allegation (access required)

The union representing workers at Hickey Freeman is accusing the iconic Rochester-based men's clothier of stealing workers' wages and shirking benefit obligations. The Rochester Regional Joint Board (RRJB) of Workers United filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Tuesday against Hickey Freeman over the alleged diversion of funds.
