Mission:
RBJ’s Top Projects event will bring together economic development, real estate and construction professionals to network, learn about and celebrate the Greater Rochester region.
Event Format:
Top Projects is a yearly look back at the excellent work that’s happened in the previous year and marvel at how these plans and projects remade the landmarks of the past or established the landmarks of the future.
The winners will be honored at the Leaders in Construction and Real Estate and Top Projects awards ceremony, in the Top Projects special publication in RBJ and on rbj.net.
Top Project Qualifications:
Projects MUST have been completed within January 2025 through December 2025.
Areas to qualify for the Top Project awards are:
Following counties: Monroe, Ontario, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and/or Wayne.

Honorees do not speak live during the event, but will be profiled in a multimedia video that will be aired during the event.
Can I buy an ad in the publication?
The program is supported through sponsorships. The ads you see in the special publication are part of the sponsorship packages. Please email [email protected].
I purchased a ticket but have not received it?
Your ticket into a live event will be your name badge at the registration table. You should receive an email with event information a day or two before the event, but this will not be a ticket.
