Lake Ave. townhome community in Rochester sells for nearly $2.8M

Twin Beeches Townhomes LLC, a entity operated by real estate investors Matthew Barbaccia and James Diamond, bought the properties on Twin Beeches Drive and Lake Avenue.
Antonio Cilino, through Rochester Vald LLC, was the seller. The deal closed last week and the deed was filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on Wednesday.
The townhomes are located on 25 parcels along Twin Beeches Drive, with another at 455-485 Lake Ave.
The two-level units feature just shy of 1,100-square feet of space, according to online rental listings.
