Mason Marketing’s Penfield property sold, firm staying put

Whitney Road Holdings LLC, whose membership includes Mason Marketing president and CEO Tim Mason, sold 400 Whitney Road to 400 Whitney LLC, an entity based in Penfield.
The selling price was $1.275 million. Included in the deal was a leaseback of the first floor space.
Mason said that since much of the staff works remotely, downsizing the real estate footprint was prudent. Consolidation onto the lower floor also brings the in-office team closer together.
Located just off the fourth fairway of Midvale Country Club, the two-story, 7,300-square-foot property features 27 private offices, executive corner offices, a conference room overlooking the golf course and grand two-story lobby.
