EFPR Advisory, LLC of Rochester has partnered with Springline Advisory, which expands the Dallas, Texas-based financial business and advisory firm’s reach across the Northeastern U.S.
The partnership emphasizes both firms’ dedication to efficient operations and market expansion while prioritizing its workforce, the companies stated in a release. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, EFPR will be represented on Springline’s Advisory Council alongside other founding firms. The council’s charter is to foster best practices, knowledge sharing, cultural investment and strategic growth.
“This partnership represents an opportunity to enhance our operational capabilities while honoring our core values,” said Jim Marasco, EFPR’s managing partner, adding it also allows the firm to expand its market reach and service offerings. “By joining forces with Springline, we’re gaining access to advanced tools and resources that will drive innovation in both our client services and internal processes.”
Partnering with EFPR expands Springline’s geographic presence into the Northeast across key markets and strengthens its service capabilities in international tax, business valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, financial audit and tax compliance, its leaders said.
“EFPR’s addition to Springline represents a strong alignment of culture and strategic vision,” said Tim Brackney, CEO of Springline Advisory. “Their robust market presence, combined with their complementary service capabilities, creates significant cross-selling opportunities across our expanding geographic footprint.”
