Two Rochester-based advertising and marketing firms, Brandmint and Semify, earned spots on the fifth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Northeast list.
Brandmint is ranked No. 40 with growth between 2021 and 2023 of 193 percent. Semify is at No. 53 with growth of 151 percent.
“This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, the support of our community, and the partnerships that drive us forward,” Louie Maier, Brandmint president, said in a news release.”
Companies on the Inc. list demonstrate remarkable growth. There were 154 firms on the Northeast list, which was featured a wide variety of industries across nine states (New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Jersey).
To be eligible, companies needed to be operational as of March 31, 2020, as well as U.S-based, privately held, for profit and independent. Minimum revenue was $100,000 in 2020 and $2 million in 2023.
