Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow PLLC
What is your biggest professional goal for the rest of this year?
Continue to grow my law firm in legal talent, client base and revenue.
What do you expect to be the biggest challenges for the legal industry locally in the near future?
The erosion in the trust of our legal system. From the U.S. Supreme Court to local trial courts, as a result of our so-called congressional and political leaders, it has become vogue to question the legitimacy of decisions reached by our courts because we do not like the decisions reached. In some instances, clearly erroneous decisions by the Courts, whether by flawed legal analysis or by flawed application of facts, have helped advance the erosion of this trust.
What are your favorite aspects of the types of law you practice?
As a commercial litigator, I am always learning and am never bored. One day I can be handling complex issues in the field of healthcare, the next I am reviewing design plans to determine why a structure failed or a bridge collapsed and the next I am analyzing shareholder or partner agreements in a corporate dissolution dispute.
What is your favorite time of year in the Rochester region and why?
Without a doubt summertime. The time of year when the only things that can get me out of the office happen, spending time outdoors with my family and golf! Not necessarily in that order if you listen to my kids!
What career do you think you would have if you weren’t a lawyer?
Legal professor.
