The Ontario County Chamber has named Jennifer Harris as the 2025 ATHENA Award winner and Maureen Ballatori as the recipient of this year’s ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award.
The honors were announced Nov. 13 during the 40th annual ATHENA Awards dinner at Finger Lakes Community College.

Harris serves as an instructional coach at the Geneva City School District, is an adjunct professor at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Finger Lakes Community College and is the co-founder and assistant director of Thrive to Survive.
Ballatori is the founder and CEO of Agency 29.
More than 330 people attended the sold-out celebration, which featured a cocktail hour with music by Beata Golec — a 2024 ATHENA honoree and owner of Golec Music Studio — followed by a sit-down dinner, honoree videos produced by North Water Productions and the announcement of the 2025 award recipients.
The event also highlighted the Give Back: ATHENA Food Drive. Leadership Ontario alumni collected hundreds of food items and thousands of dollars in donations, all of which will be distributed to local food pantries.
The food drive continues through Nov. 20, with items accepted at the Chamber office at 113 S. Main St. in Canandaigua during regular business hours.
Secure, tax-deductible donations also can be made at www.ontariocountychamberfoundation.org/athena.
