Leadership Ontario opens applications for 2025–26 program year
Listen to this articleApplications are now open for Leadership Ontario‘s 2025-26 program year (Cohort 4). Applications must be submitted by August 1.
The program consists of 12 full-day sessions over the course of 10 months, starting in September.
The leadership development program incorporates leadership development, community engagement and peer-to-peer learning.
Partial scholarship opportunities are available for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential within their communities and who require financial assistance to participate in the program.
“Leadership Ontario gave me the space to reflect on the kind of leader I want to be — one rooted in empathy, connection and care,” said Jackie Tiermini, a Class of 2025 alumni. “Each session was intentionally designed, and the support from both the organizers and my cohort made this a truly meaningful experience. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper connection to Ontario County.”
Leadership Ontario will host a virtual information session with Kristen Fragnoli, leadership development director, at noon on July 23 for those who want to learn more about the program before applying.
