“Digital Health in The Contact Center: An Opportunity to Advance Health Equity” will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Five Star Bank Building at 100 Chestnut St. In Rochester.
The event will bring together healthcare leaders, IT professionals and technology innovators to explore the impact of health care investments in health equity and the role of contact center technology in supporting equitable care.
Attendees will gain insights into how AI tools and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions can enhance patient experiences and improve digital health.
The event will feature a panel of experts from the health care community, including those from the University of Rochester, Rochester Regional Health, and Jordan Health, as well as those from Wilmac and CCaaS leader Five9.
“We’re thrilled to be involved in a community that has institutions known for high-quality health care,” said Wilmac Technologies President & CEO Stephen McDonnell. “If we can gather members from that community and pair them with our technology expertise, our goal is to propel these organizations even further in their patient experience and health equity agendas.”
The event is free to attend but space is limited, so visit the event registration page to secure a spot.
