The Bonadio Group adds NYC firm to porfolio
Listen to this articleThe Bonadio Group is expanding yet again, bringing New York City-based Ganer + Ganer into the fold as of Nov. 1.
The top-ranked accounting firm in the Rochester Business Journal’s 2021 Book of Lists and a top-50 ranked firm nationally, The Bonadio Group footprint in the New York metropolitan area will be even greater.
The firm will add 21 employees, pushing the staff total to more than 800 across 11 offices.
“This merger fuels our ambitious growth strategy in alignment with our strategic five-year plan,” CEO Bruce Zicari said in a news release. “The finance and accounting expertise of the Ganer + Ganer team will be hugely beneficial to our firm, and we’re extremely excited to expand our New York metro presence to continue offering the best-in-class professional services to all of our clients.”
Ganer + Ganer was founded in 1974 by Maxine and Robert Ganer. The firm’s focus on tax preparation, financial statements, business management and consulting will complement The Bonadio Group’s existing suite of services.
The Bonadio Group was recently named a winner in the RBJ’s 2021 Reader Rankings.
