Fortune magazine recognizes ESL

ESL Federal Credit Union has been named to a list of the 40 best workplaces in financial services and insurance by Fortune magazine.

ESL placed 17 on a list that includes small, medium and large companies in both fields. This is the second year in a row that ESL made the “Great Place to Work” list.

Rankings are based on employees’ responses to questions on topics of professional advancement, fairness, camaraderie and other facets of a rewarding career. ESL exceeded benchmarks for comparably-sized organizations striving to create a great workplace.

“This honor takes on special significance because it is our own employees who enabled us to earn this ranking,” said President and CEO Faheem Masood. “We believe a superior employee experience is key to delivering a superior customer experience. This recognition tells us we have been successful in achieving this goal.”
