What changes in the legal industry do you believe will have the biggest impact on clients over the next few years?

AI. The implementation and increasing use of AI will have a significant impact on clients. Used correctly, it should provide clients with more efficient and cost-effective solutions for many legal services, including contract review, due diligence, legal research, document drafting, and discovery.

How important is community involvement or pro bono work within your organization?

Community involvement is extremely important to EF. Most of the firm’s attorneys are actively involved in multiple associations, nonprofit boards and youth sports. Rochester is an exceptional community, and we embrace our shared responsibility to serve as its stewards.

What is one accomplishment — professional or personal — that you are especially proud of?

Without question, my three children. They are sincere, kind and incredible human beings. I am consistently in awe of their accomplishments and growth. I like to think that I have contributed along the way; although, admittedly my wife deserves more credit than me.
