Quicklee’s, the Avon-based convenience store chain, has sold close to a dozen of its locations to Mirabito Holdings Inc.
The sale to the Binghamton-based convenience store company includes six in Monroe County, one in Genesee County and another in Wayne County. The others are in North Tonawanda, Watertown and the Livingston County hamlet of Dalton.
Founded in 1995, Quicklee’s more than doubled its footprint between 2016 and 2025, expanding to 29 locations across the region through acquisitions and new builds.
Based on listings on the Mirabito website, the Quicklee’s downsizing includes the sale of properties at 1311 Fairport Rd., in Perinton; 2590 Culver Rd. and 2291 Hudson Ave. in Irondequoit; 575 North Winton Rd. in Rochester; 2061 Chili Ave. in Gates; 1722 Lake Rd. in Hamlin; plus Batavia and Lyons stores.
Deeds from two transactions were filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on Friday: the sale of the Perinton store for $2,938,705 and the Rochester location for $1,341,220.
Neither Quicklee’s nor Mirabito Holdings immediately responded to a request for comment.
