Image360, a custom signage and graphic solutions firm headquartered in Rochester, has undergone an ownership transition.
Nick Hatcher has taken the reins from Julie St. Germaine and Jackie Ciresi. St. Germaine is retiring while Ciresi will stay with the firm to oversee operations.
Image360 provides a variety of services, including digital and electronic signs, banners, window and wall graphics, indoor and outdoor signs, wayfinding and vehicle wraps.
“As an entrepreneur, the ownership opportunity with Image360 stood out as an excellent chance to grow within this industry and continue expanding our visual communications services across the state,” Hatcher said in a news release.
Hatcher has a background in technical and operational management. He will lead business development, customer relations and expansion.
“The previous owners poured their hearts into the center, and I am committed to upholding their legacy,” Hatcher said. “Their dedication and hard work go to show the impact that businesses like Image360 can make in leveraging creative signage and graphics to help other organizations reach their goals.”
From its operations center at 1128 Lexington Ave., Image360 provides clients with custom graphics solutions, from simple to complex.
