Every project Pike contributes to is unique, and we take great pride in the role we play. Our teams take full ownership of their work, ensuring each project receives the dedication it deserves.
What’s a lesson you learned the hard way in your career?
In both the construction industry and our careers, we constantly face challenges — whether expected or unforeseen. What matters most is our ability to learn from each experience, share those lessons with our peers, and use them to drive continuous improvement moving forward.
