Brighton senior living facility sells for $30.3M
Listen to this articleA Pennsylvania-based real estate investment firm that targets residential communities for active older adults as well as independent living facilities has paid $30.3 million for Legacy at Clover Blossom.
The senior living community at 100 McAuley Drive in Brighton was sold to LSC-Rochester NY, DST, a subsidiary of Livingston Street Acquisitions, LLC, of Radnor, Pennsylvania. The deed was filed Tuesday with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office.
Watermark Communities will continue to manage the facility, which was sold by New York City-based NorthStar Healthcare Income Inc., through Rochester Clover Blossom Owner, LLC.
There are 234 residents at Legacy at Clover Blossom, which is composed of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, and features a variety of amenities such as community activities, library, pool, chapel, housekeeping and fitness center.
Livingston Street Capital is private equity firm specializing in real estate investments in the senior living, multifamily, industrial and health care sectors.
The firm owns more than 2,300 adult living units and more than one million square feet of commercial assets across 14 states.
