Who are Ruby-Gordon’s top 20 unsecured creditors?
In filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week, two-store retailer Ruby-Gordon Home noted that it owes its top 10 nonpriority unsecured creditors a little more than $324,000 combined.
In the filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Western District of New York, the Rochester-based, third-generation retailer listed an estimated $1,000,001 to $10 million in total assets with $1,000,001 to $10 million total liabilities to an estimated 100 to 199 creditors.
Among its nonpriority unsecured creditors, Ruby-Gordon noted individual debts as high as $55,000 to those as low as $71. In all, its nonpriority unsecured debts totaled $486,719.32.
