Keith Betz has been named president of Digital Hyve, a wholly owned subsidiary of marketing agency Butler/Till where he had most recently served as vice president of client management.

Digital Hyve is a digital marketing shop that provides a range of services, including paid digital advertising, social media marketing, video marketing, retargeting, content marketing, SEO/SEM marketing, reporting and analytics, creative and market research.
The firm became part of Butler/Till in June of 2021.
Betz will focus on growing Digital Hyve by providing more sophisticated, tech-enabled digital marketing solutions with scale and flexibility to better suit clients of any size.
Betz, a 15-year veteran of Butler/Till, brings more than two decades of marketing, sales and media experience to the company. He was instrumental in establishing Butler/Till’s healthcare division and helped the agency win several awards, including an Effie Health finalist, PM360 Elite 100 Marketing Team award and the MM+M Agency 100 List for six consecutive years.

Sarah Tackabury, who was vice president and managing director for Digital Hyve, is now vice president of client service and will manage the Digital Hyve Syracuse office, where the agency was founded.
Betz holds a bachelor of science degree in business/marketing from St. John Fisher College and completed the Harvard University Entrepreneurial Studies Program and Executive Leadership Program.

Butler/Till also promoted Michael Deichmiller to vice president of client engagement and planning, and Nicole Hamlin to group director, integrated planning.
