The acquisition enables Waste Harmonics to expand the breadth of service offerings. Waste Harmonics already utilizes its proprietary technology, iWaste, to provide real-time fullness status, activity data and equipment health.

Contelligent’s Internet of Things monitoring solutions will provide another service for Waste Harmonics. Contelligent, formerly One Plus Systems, is the longest running and original fullness monitoring technology company in the United States.

Waste Harmonics provides outsourced waste management consolidation service and now has customers across the globe, including in Europe, Asia and Australia.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Contelligent to the Waste Harmonics team,” Waste Harmonics CEO Michael Hess said in a news release. “In the spirit of constant evolution and service to our customers, vendors and the industry, this addition positions us to enhance our efforts and expand our footprint globally. The fusion of our capabilities will complement one another and allow us to offer a comprehensive waste management solution to support data-driven business transformation for our customers.”
