Waste Harmonics acquires Florida waste management firm

Waste Harmonics, the Victor-based managed waste service provider, has expanded its reach and services with the acquisition of Florida-based Talismark.

Talismark, with headquarters in Lake Mary, Fla., is a waste solutions management company specializing in custom designed programs.

“The combined synergies of Waste Harmonics and Talismark deliver waste management expertise built on deep industry knowledge, innovative technology and a unique approach to customer service,” Michael Hess, CEO of Waste Harmonics, said in a news release.

Waste Harmonics provides a comprehensive outsourced waste management consolidation service for companies with up to 5,000-plus locations.

The goal is to work with clients across North American to deliver cost savings, consolidation of invoicing and communications, and recycling and sustainability strategies.

Waste Harmonics has been part of the portfolio of Arcapita since January, when it was acquired by the Bahrain-based private equity firm.
