Willow Domestic Violence Center has tapped a 40-year veteran of the nonprofit sector as its interim president and CEO. Bonnie DeVinney, who most recently was engaged in strategic initiatives for the United Way of Greater Rochester, will serve in the role for four to six months while the organization conducts a search for a  permanent executive.
