Lakeside Health System announces that Kevin Nacy has been appointed CEO of the organization and president of Lakeside Memorial Hospital. Michael Perry has been appointed chief operating officer of Lakeside Health System and president of the Lakeside Beikirch Care Center. Nacy has been with the organization 25 years, while Perry has been with Lakeside Health seven years.

Brook-Lea Country Club announces the hiring of Mary Hynes as club manager, while Gary Firlit has been hired to oversee the food and beverage operations as service manager. Hynes brings 20 years of corporate and club management experience to the position and will oversee the daily operations of the facility. Firlit brings five years of food and beverage experience.

Rochester Optical announces that Pete Balash has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Fien Capital Management LLC announces that Damian Weidmann has been hired as an investment adviser. He will be responsible for securities analysis and portfolio review.

Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park announces the appointment of James Ingalls to interim director of operations.

Debbie Hoffman has joined Roches-ter Area Mortgage Services Inc. as a senior mortgage consultant. She previously worked at MortgageIT for seven years and brings more than 20 years of financial and real estate experience to the firm.

Bernard Allen has been promoted to manager of specialized internal audit services at Hungerford Vinton LLC. In his new role, Allen will support the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley projects and lead the school district internal audit initiative. He brings more than 18 years of experience to the role.

Neil Loveless has been hired as a sales engineer at Han-Tek Inc. Loveless will be responsible for sales support in the Northeast. He brings 26 years’ experience as a manufacturing engineer to the position.

Integrated Cabling & Communication Systems has hired Troy Bond as an installation technician. Bond will be responsible for the installation of voice, data, video and fiber-optic cabling infrastructures for the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse areas.

New Scale Technologies Inc. announces the promotion of Dan Viggiano III to the position of vice president of business development. Viggiano has been manager of engineering and operations at the firm since 2003.

David Lewis has been named vice pro-vost and chief information officer at the University of Rochester. Lewis has been in charge of information technology services as interim CIO since 2005. He joined UR in 1997 after more than 10 years at the University of Michigan.

Martino Flynn LLC has hired Karl Wiberg as a group creative director. Wiberg will be responsible for providing creative leadership on key agency accounts. He previously was copywriter and associate creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Roberts Communications Inc. has hired Matthew Winnick as account coordinator and Shannon Struzik as an assistant account executive on the account services team. Winnick will be coordinate various accounts and projects. Struzik will provide client support, coordinate various projects and support all lines of business for the Farash Corp. and Ameriprise Financial Services accounts.
