E-commerce developer Logisoft Corp. plans to boost its staff by 285 percent–adding 100 new positions–as it begins its post-IPO expansion.
The company today is expected to announce plans to move its headquarters next month to Woodcliff Office Park.
“Our Woodcliff offices will provide us the room we need as we move forward,” said Rob Lamy, president and founder. “We are confident our growth will continue unabated.
“We are pleased to make (the) Rochester (area) our corporate headquarters,” he added.
Fortified with millions in cash following its reverse initial public offering and a related equity deal, Logisoft has begun moving rapidly to build its staff and to attack the global e-commerce market.
