Rochester Elder Law
Zatkowsky specializes in Elder Law, including Medicaid and Nursing Home Planning, Asset Protection, sophisticated Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Veterans Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, and Guardianships. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and former Co-Chair of the Monroe County Bar Association Elder Law Section.
In addition, Zatkowsky is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Rochester and Finger Lakes Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and continues to work with the Association’s Education Department to inform care partners on financial and legal issues.
Zatkowsky is a Founding Trustee of the Future Care Pooled Supplemental Needs Trust. He is active in Elder Abuse Prevention.
