Financial services company readies for move to Highpoint Business Park

PwC Rochester plans to move to a new space at Highpoint Business Park in Victor this year.
The business – which provides assurance, tax and advisory services – is currently located at WillowBrook Office Park in Fairport.
PwC will occupy 10,000 square feet of space in a portion of the building that formerly housed Constellation Brands, said Brian Sabedra, PwC Rochester’s office managing partner. He expects to move in the fall after the space is renovated.
He noted that the layout of the new space allows for better collaboration among employees. Some of the anticipated features include a conference room with a wall of technology for video conferencing, a staff lounge and space to hold training sessions, as well as client and nonprofit events.
The 10-year lease highlights PwC’s commitment to the Rochester area, Sabedra said.
The business employs roughly 100 local workers and has grown organically and through its 2020 acquisition of EagleDream Technologies, which offers advanced cloud and application modernization services and other complementary core capabilities.
