Vendor, sponsorship opportunities available for 2025 Lilac Festival

The annual event is the unofficial kickoff to festival season and organizers expect more than 500,000 to visit the park during the 10 days.
Current sponsors include KeyBank, Bully Hill Vineyards, Vision Financial Group, Wilkins RV, Boulder Coffee, Abundance Food Co-Op and Point of the Bluff Vineyards.
Vendors, artisans and businesses interested in sponsorships or in setting up at the festival site should reach out event organizers at [email protected].
The Lilac Festival — featuring the most extensive collection of lilacs in the northeast — has been a part of Rochester since 1898.
“A time-honored tradition that brings our community together, the historic Lilac Festival offers a vibrant celebration of the spring, complete with Highland Park’s world renowned lilac collection, live entertainment, local food and family friendly fun,” Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said in a news release. “As one of the largest free festivals of its kind in North America, we look forward to welcoming residents and visitors alike to enjoy all that the Lilac Festival has to offer.”
The festival board selected Best Resipe Productions as the production partner for the 2025 event. Best Resipe Productions owned by Jenny LoMaglio.
