F. Paul Greene:

As chair of the Harter Secrest and Emery’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, F. Paul Greene, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, counsels clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries concerning all aspects of pre-breach preparation and risk management, including security and vulnerability assessments, policy and procedure review, breach response planning and drills, as well as board and management education on cyber risk issues.

After the breach, Greene, his team, and the team’s professional consultants provide a full array of breach coach and response services, including breach response and remediation, crisis management and communication, internal and governmental investigations, breach notification, and potential litigation or regulatory action.

Greene is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E), as well as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Ponemon Institute Distinguished Fellow. He graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. and Certificate in Management Studies. He earned a Ph.D. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University, magna cum laude.

Rick Marinaccio:

Rick Marinaccio, a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP, is a seasoned technology lawyer and firm innovator, focusing on the dynamic work of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and commercial contracts for a variety of transactions. He is co-leader of the firm’s Technology Industry Team, leader of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Team and chair of the firm’s Technology and Innovation Committee. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, Marinaccio earned a 2023 certificate from MIT Sloan + CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program and completed the Berkeley Law AI Institute Platform. He is considered a thought leader in AI, producing firm podcasts on the topic, writing articles in various business publications, and speaking at AI- and technology-centric conferences. Marinaccio has been named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers® Rising Star. He will also be an adjunct professor teaching AI and the Law at the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Victor Perotti:

Victor Perotti is an award-winning professor and scholar at Saunders College of Business. In his 27 years at RIT, he has served many leadership roles from department chair to endowed research professor. Before joining RIT, he completed graduate degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at The Ohio State University. Dr. Perotti’s academic research investigates the possibilities that new technologies create for business, with work funded by the National Science Foundation, Knight Foundation, Kauffman Foundation and more. He is proud to lead Saunders Student Research Initiative and advise two successful University clubs: Business and Technology Professionals and RIT AI.
