Ricotta, who has been with the custom injection molder for 21 years, has transitioned to board chairman. Under Ricotta’s leadership, the business grew to annual revenues of more than $225 million.
“I’ve had a rewarding, 45-year career, and it’s time to step into the role of chairman as a new CEO takes this great company forward,” Ricotta said. “After an extensive, national talent search, we’ve found the ideal executive to continue Century Mold’s growth story.”

“I’m thrilled to join this successful operation,” Pinson said. “A key focus for the company will be leveraging our scale to capitalize on prevailing North America onshoring trends to further strengthen our position in the markets that we serve.”
