Greece Chamber to honor leading small, micro businesses
The Greece Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for its 2023 Small Business Awards, sponsored by Genesee Regional Bank.
Finalists in the Small Business category are BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar & Grill, Doc’s Facilities Solutions and Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts.
To qualify in the category, a business must have fewer than 250 employees and gross revenue less than $20 million in 2022.
The finalists in the for Microenterprise of the Year are Fabulous Flowers & Gifts, Greece Pediatric Medicine PLLC and Simple Tech Innovations.
Criteria to qualify for the microbusiness category include 10 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and under $2 million in gross revenue for 2022.
The awards are designed to to recognize innovative approaches to business operations and entrepreneurs “whose fervor for running a business is rivaled only by their willingness to serve their community.”
Finalists will be celebrated, and winners announced, at the 2023 Small Business Awards Luncheon at noon on Dec. 7 at Monroe’s at Ridgemont Country Club in Greece.
