Gryt Health Inc., a patient experience and research company, is hosting the fifth annual Global Virtual Cancer Conference on Friday, Nov. 3.
The free, digital conference is created by a team of cancer survivors and caregivers and will address topics critical to improving cancer-related outcomes and experiences through a focus on advocacy. There will be a full day of interactive sessions encompassing timely topics for patients, survivors and caregivers.
“We are very excited for this year’s Global Virtual Cancer Conference,” said Lauren Lastauskas, vice president of community at Gryt Health. “This year, we are really focusing on patient advocacy and empowering patients, survivors and caregivers to take control of their health and be a part of their health team.”
Conference highlights will include:
In its first four years, GVCC has brought together more than 8,000 individuals from nearly 55 countries, over 200 different speakers who bring their own experiences to the discussions and over 100 non-profit patient advocacy organizations participate in sharing resources and engagement.
GVCC 2023 will be hosted on Gryt Health’s proprietary virtual technology platform. The system leverages Zoom meeting functionality for presentations.
