Benefit Resource of Henrietta acquires Pro-Flex Administrators

Benefit Resource, LLC (BRI) of Henrietta has acquired Pro-Flex Administrators, a third-party benefits administrator.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville, Pro-Flex focuses on consumer-driven benefits, benefit continuation and compliance services.
Benefits Resource itself was acquired back in July by Millennium Trust Co., a financial services firm providing based in the Chicago suburb of Oakbrook, Ill.
“Adding an exceptional business like Pro-Flex advances us toward our collective goal to provide benefit solutions that strengthen and simplify the health and wealth journey — relentlessly pursuing better outcomes for all,” Benefit Resource CEO Jason Hall said in a news release. “Pro-Flex also brings expertise in the public sector, including healthy and welfare solutions within organized labor sectors.”
Benefit Resource provides dedicated pre-tax account administration and COBRA services nationwide to clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. By acquiring Benefit Resource in July, Millennium Trust expanded its health, wealth, retirement and benefits solutions offerings. Pro-Flex adds another layer of services.
