What has been your organization’s biggest success over the past year?
Reliant has experienced continued growth during challenging times. Our entire team working together for our members is our greatest accomplishment. Also, navigating a post-pandemic work environment provides additional challenges and yet the opportunity to check in and reinvent where necessary to ensure future success.
What are your expectations for the next 6-12 months?
I expect continued economic challenges over the next year. Credit union members need us now more than ever. We can help our members save money and time. We are excellent at this and our work which supports our philosophy of people helping people.
What advice would you give somebody just starting out in your industry?
Work hard. Pay attention to all things happening around you. Follow your passion. If you aren’t sure what it is, find a way to uncover it. Appreciate and understand the team around you. Nobody does anything alone.
What is one personal goal you have for the next year?
I would like to be an integral part of positive change — both within our organization and being involved in growth of others.
What are your favorite things about Rochester?
What I love about Rochester is our community sense, our active lifestyles, fabulous restaurants and the best people around.
