Consiliarium acquires Manning and Napier Benefits

Consiliarium Group, an employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, has announced its acquisition of Manning and Napier Benefits.

The acquisition includes the full transfer of all clients of Manning and Napier’s group health and life brokerage team over to Consiliarium, as well as some key members of the team to now work under the Consiliarium brand name.

“Manning and Napier is proud to have selected Consiliarium Group as the right firm to acquire this division of our business, following a highly competitive and rigorous evaluation process that included the area’s top employee benefits brokerage firms,” John Mann Jr., managing director of MNB, said in a statement.

Announced officially on Wednesday, Jan. 31, the deal became effective on Jan. 1, 2018.

“We are extremely honored to have been chosen by MNB, and are excited to provide our new clients with a seamless and highly elevated employee benefits broker experience,” Keith Williams, managing partner at the Consiliarium Group, said in a statement. “We take this responsibility very seriously and look forward to building trusted relationships marked by exceptional service and outstanding performance.”
