Information was provided by representatives of local workforce training programs in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario and Orleans counties that responded to an email survey. For the purposes of this survey, a workforce training program is one that offers middle-skills training for those 18 and over which is linked to employment opportunities in the local job market or provides direct funding to such.
