Achieve Results Corp. announces that Bob Nowacki, Margaret Kuhn, Maryanne Veshecco and Bill Garrett have completed a training program to attain their certification as speech recognition training specialists.

The University of Rochester announces that Jean Barr, professor of piano accompanying and chamber music at the Eastman School of Music, has been named the recipient of the Susan B. Anthony Lifetime Achievement Award from the Anthony Center for Women’s Leadership at UR.

Finger Lakes Community College announces that James Englert and Malcolm White recently received the third place trophy in the New York State Highway and Public Works Expo 2003 Snowplow Roadeo.

Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Roches-ter Region has received a BlueWorks Award for its partnership program with the Rochester Individual Practice Association from Harvard Medical School and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

Junior Achievement of Rochester, New York Area Inc. announces that Robert Wegman has been chosen to enter its National Business Hall of Fame.
