Notes: Information was provided by representatives of industrial parks in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans and Wayne counties who responded to a mail and telephone survey by Sept. 26. A report by the Monroe County Economic Development Division defines an industrial park as “an existing facility or partially developed group of contiguous lots that have been zoned for industrial uses. It has or is contiguous to appropriate utilities and is actively being marketed or developed by a single agent.” Parks appearing on the list meet those criteria and have a minimum of 63 acres.
