What was the most significant challenge your organization faced in 2024, and how did you address it?
Ongoing economic instability, high interest rates, inflation and talent disruptions have been significant challenges over the last year. Through strong and consistent communication, innovative asset management strategies, strong vendor relationships and a focus on existing partnerships to minimize risks, we have managed through these challenges. We’ve found that by focusing on project details and maintaining attention to timelines along with adaptability, we have been able to continue to deliver value to our clients.
What community initiatives or partnerships are you most excited about engaging with this year?
This year, we’re excited to strengthen our partnerships with local organizations focused on workforce development. By investing in education and entrepreneurship, we aim to support regional economic growth. Additionally, we remain committed to affordable housing initiatives, recognizing its vital role in a thriving community. Education and affordable housing are key to long-term economic stability, and we look forward to making a meaningful impact.
How do you balance fostering innovation while managing day-to-day business operations?
We balance this by ensuring our people and processes work seamlessly together while leveraging technology and new ideas to drive operational excellence. I feel innovation thrives in a culture of accountability, adaptability and creativity.
