What was the most significant challenge your organization faced in 2024, and how did you address it?
After two years of planning and preparation, we rolled out our new electronic health record (EHR) platform. Our new EHR has enhanced the continuity of care provided to the people we support, while providing real-time key performance indicators and quality of care metrics within a single system. The agency embraced this project with efficiency and collaboration across all departments throughout the agency.
What community initiatives or partnerships are you most excited about engaging with this year?
Connecting with the community in meaningful ways, sharing our mission, and showcasing our passion for the people we serve is a focus for this year.
How do you balance fostering innovation while managing day-to-day business operations?
Our newly created 2025-2030 strategic plan was designed to infuse innovation with person-centered care that enables our organization to build a foundation for a transformative future. By aligning both innovation and day-to-day operations with the strategic plan, we can implement technology to provide new and expanding opportunities to best support the ever-changing needs of the people we serve.
