MG2, a Seattle-based commercial architecture, interior design and branding firm, has joined the Colliers Engineering & Design family.
Colliers is a multidiscipline engineering, architecture, design and consulting firm headquartered in Holmdel, New Jersey, with a prominent presence in Rochester through the 2021 acquisition of Bergmann.
MG2 has worked with major national retailers such as Costco, Home Depot and Target with the goal of bringing design solutions to life through full architectural, strategic planning, cost management, interior design. brand strategy and consulting services.

Haney, Colliers president and CEO, said in a news release. “This agreement will enable us to continue driving market growth as a top-tier national commercial industry leader, provide clients with exceptional commercial design services and accelerate communities nationwide.”
Adding MG2 also expands Colliers regional presence and allows for the combining of resources, which in turn will “create diverse opportunities for our people, and better serve our clients,” Haney said.
MG2 was founded in 1971 and has seven offices across the country. Colliers has dozens of offices across 22 states, including nine New York locations: Rochester, Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, Long Island, Manhattan, Newburgh, Syracuse and Westchester County.

Colliers has offices in California, Arizona and Colorado. The addition of MG2 provides a presence in the Pacific Northwest.
As with the acquisition Bergmann, rebranding of MG2 to Colliers will be be phased in during 2025.
