Acquisition will enhance LaBella’s offerings in natural gas industry
LaBella Associates is acquiring Process Pipeline Services (PPS), a New England-based provider of engineering, design and consultation services that are focused on the natural gas industry.
The acquisition will enable LaBella to better meet an increasing demand for planning, engineering, designing, permitting and project execution in the natural gas utility market.
Core services of PPS support the transmission, distribution, metering, pressure regulation, code compliance and project engineering, as well as system analysis needs of local distribution companies throughout New England.

PPS was established in 2008 by Mark Wood and has offices in Plainville, Mass., and Bedford, N.H.
