Timothy C. Minneci:

Tim Minneci’s career encompasses a broad range of experience, including operating roles in privately owned and publicly traded companies as well as advisory experience totaling more than $3 billion worth of transaction activity. He has expertly advised his clients in sell-side and buy-side transactions, financing, valuations, exit planning, and related corporate finance. His clients include both domestic as well as international companies in a broad range of industries such as manufacturing, service, distribution, medical, and technology.

Prior to joining Paramax, Minneci was president of a U.S. subsidiary of Williams Holding PLC, a publicly traded company headquartered in the United Kingdom. He sold his privately held company to Williams and then managed the growth of that division, which included the acquisition of a number of businesses throughout North America. Prior to owning his company, he had engineered a roll-up strategy for Figgie International in the fire safety security sector. He also participates in a number of advisory boards for businesses in New York and Florida.

Danielle B. Ridgely:

Danielle B. Ridgely is a partner in the firm’s Business and Finance Department. She is practice leader for the Tax Controversies and Transactional Tax Planning practice areas. She concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and individual income taxation, partnership taxation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate divisions and recapitalizations, like-kind exchanges, estate planning, employee benefits and ERISA matters.

Ridgely received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated with distinction. She received her J.D. from Regent University School of Law and her B.S. in Business Economics from Grove City College.

Jim Schnell:

Jim Schnell is a partner in MMB + CO’s Tax Department, with over 25 years of tax and accounting specialization. With previous experience at both national and regional firms, he brings a variety of expertise, including business and tax planning strategies, and he now serves as chair for the firm’s tax and business valuation committees. A certified valuation analyst and accredited in business valuation, Schnell performs business valuation and related services for a variety of purposes.
