President, Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School

The Rev. Angela D. Sims has served as president of CRCDS since July 1, 2019. She is the 13^th president and first woman to be president of the school. She also serves as the John Price Crozer Professor of Social Ethics.

Before joining CRCDS, Sims was Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Robert B. and Kathleen Rogers Professor in Church and Society at Saint Paul School of Theology in Leawood, Kansas.

Sims received her Ph.D. in Christian Social Ethics at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia, after obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Trinity Washington University and a Master of Divinity from Howard University School of Divinity.
