New CEO named at Rochester-area automation solutions provider

David Cohen has been named CEO of Dove, an automation solutions provider in Webster that helps cannabis growers improve product quality and consistency while reducing operating costs.

Cohen is responsible for spearheading the effort to increase Dove’s reach and customer base. The company has plans to expand its North American footprint in the second half of 2023.

Cohen previously served as CEO of Fluence, a lighting solutions provider for controlled commercial crop production. He has more than 30 years of experience scaling and driving growth for global manufacturing and technology providers.
