LeChase again in top 10 on ENR's list of NY contractors; Pike is No. 18

LeChase Construction Services, LLC is again ranked among the top 10 New York contractors while Pike Construction Services again landed in the top 20 in the annual list compiled by Engineering-News Record (ENR).

LeChase ranked No. 10 with annual revenue of $803.90 million on projects in New York. While the Greece-based company slid down a notch from its No. 9 ranking in 2022, total revenue increased by $160 million year over year.

The company was the only non-New York City firm ranked in the top 10 in the state.

In ENR’s ranking of the top 400 contractors nationally, LeChase checked in at No. 113, up 11 spots from 2022, as total revenue climbed to just shy of $1 billion ($984.9).

Pike was No. 18 on the New York list, down two slots, with revenue of $429.4 million on projects in the state. Pike also was No. 226 on the Top 400 list (compared to No. 189 in 2022) as total revenue climbed to $504 million.

The country’s No. 1-ranked construction firm is Turner Construction Co. of New York City. Turner’s largest project in New York is the $381.98 million University of Rochester Medical Center emergency room expansion and patient bed tower.
