Anna Mercado Clark:
Anna Mercado Clark is a Partner at Phillips Lytle LLP where she leads the firm’s Data Security and Privacy and E-Discovery and Digital Forensics Teams, and is the co-leader of the firm’s Cryptocurrency & Bitcoin Mining Practice Team. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations. She obtained her B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University and J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Anna is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, teaching a course on data security and privacy, as well as fundamental lawyering skills. She is also a member of EDRM at Duke Law, a community of technical and legal professionals who create practical resources to improve e-discovery and information governance, including cross-border discovery in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). She regularly speaks at national and international conferences as a subject-matter expert on these issues. Most recently, Anna was named a Ponemon Institute Distinguished Fellow. She has also been appointed to three leadership positions on the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Science and Technology Law Section, including vice chair for the Cloud Computing Committee, co-chair of the Privacy and Computer Crime Committee and member of the Membership and Diversity Committee.
F. Paul Greene:
As chair of the Harter Secrest and Emery’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, F. Paul Greene, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, counsels clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries concerning all aspects of pre-breach preparation and risk management, including security and vulnerability assessments, policy and procedure review, breach response planning and drills, as well as board and management education on cyber risk issues. After the breach, Paul, his team, and the team’s professional consultants provide a full array of breach coach and response services, including breach response and remediation, crisis management and communication, internal and governmental investigations, breach notification, and potential litigation or regulatory action. Paul is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E), as well as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Ponemon Institute Distinguished Fellow. He graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. and Certificate in Management Studies. He earned a Ph.D. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University, magna cum laude.

David Wolf:
