HUNT Real Estate names new VP for Rochester region
HUNT Real Estate has named Susan Ballard regional vice president for the firm’s Rochester and Buffalo/Niagara regions.
She has been tasked with guiding HUNT’s Western New York territories to the company’s “model region status,” which involves a set of metrics designed to underscore professional achievement and productivity.
Ballard was previously branch director for the Williamsville Village branch of HUNT Real Estate from 2016-2020.
She has more than 25 years of experience in management, with an emphasis on real estate, construction and development.
Her resume also includes time as executive vice president of retail, sales and marketing at Lake Shore Savings Bank and chief operating officer for National Fire Adjustment Co., Inc.
“We are thrilled to once again have Susan at HUNT,” Charlie Hunt, chief operating officer, said in a news release. “We look forward to Susan’s tremendous experience and energy to help us positively grow our presence in these markets.”
