ComTec adds ERP practice of Philadelphia firm

ComTec Solutions, LLC, has acquired the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning practice of Philadelphia-based CompuData, Inc.

Founded in 1995, ComTec Solutions is an enterprise resource planning and IT managed services provider headquartered in Gates.

“In 2018, ComTec embarked on a 10-year growth plan with a focus on building around our core competency of Epicor ERP and IT managed services,” Rob Moyer, company president, said in a news release. “We continue to look for opportunities to expand ComTec’s services and customer base while maintaining our emphasis on quality service and dedication to our employees.”

ComTec provides technology expertise to business of all sizes. The addition of CompuData’s ERP team will add four employees to the ComTec team. Moyer will oversee operations of the Epicor Kinetic ERP Practice in Philadelphia.

ComTec also has an office in East Berlin, Conn.
