Information technology and security firm iV4 has officially been rebranded as ProArch.

Atlanta-based ProArch acquired iV4 in late May and systems, people and structures have now been fully integrated, the company announced.

ProArch was founded 15 years ago and specializes in cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, data and AI, and software development.

“For us, this is an inspiring new beginning,” ProArch CEO and founder Santosh Kaveti said in a news release. “As we have since our first day in business at ProArch, we strive to make the cloud seamless and security prevalent, build products to propel productivity and analyze data to drive decisions that matter. Most importantly, we listen closely, understand deeply and solve strategically for absolute value to our clients. That is who we are as an organization.”

ProArch has a workforce of 350 technology professionals and specializes in energy and manufacturing industries, as well as mid-sized enterprise.

“For our valued clients, we can deliver more services, faster and more efficiently,” Michael Spoont, former CEO of iV4 and now president of ProArch, told customers in an email last week. “For our team members, career opportunities and more resources will be readily available. For our clients, we will always strive to make the cloud seamless and security prevalent, build products to propel growth and analyze data to drive decisions that matter.”

Since the acquisition of iV4, ProArch said it has added 67 employees and enjoyed a 25 percent compound annual growth rate.

The firm opened a 24/7 security operations center last year that watches over client systems 24 hours a day, seven days a week, monitoring alerts, analyzing threats and responding to security issues.
